• Shipping fees for existing customers in Untied States in need of our services such as resizing within 90 days of delivery. Choose from options 1-3. If your items are expensive, you should choose more expensive shipping method so we can add insurance to protect your item.
• Resizing after 90 days. The discounted repair fee and shipping fee included.
• Refurbish your jewelry. Per each item. Services include tighten prongs, resize if needed, reset stones if needed, professional cleaning, and more.

Processing and Shipping

All jewelry is handmade. It takes about 10 business days to make a ring and 3 business days for delivery. Please allow at least 2 calendar weeks for delivery of your order. In the event of holidays, processing time will be significantly extended.

For custom-made items, we need to start from sketch. If CAD process is needed, 10+ business days needed from design to production and 3 business days for delivery.

Return and Refund
