SECTION 2 - LEGAL RIGHTS

Please note that upon placing an order, an automatic email is mailed to you confirming a receipt of the order. However, the receipt doesn’t serve as a legal contract. LOGR might cancel your order due to insufficient stock or inability to deliver within certain time frame or credit card fraud suspicion etc.. In the case of your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, LOGR will issue a credit to your original credit card account in the amount of the price charged.

Pricing Errors and fluctuation: Your jewelry is made to order, we start to process your order once your payment is clear. Merchandises are priced on previous gold market value, In the event the price we charge you is significant lower than what cost us to source, we reserve right to cancel the transaction and send all credit back to your account. Due to fluctuation of gold price, we reserve the right to change prices of merchandise.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We might enable Shopify Payment method in the future. In that case if you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption by Shopify technologies. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, Shopify follows all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
