At LOGR, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Each piece is made with care, inspected before shipment, and created to be worn and enjoyed. Because fine jewelry is delicate by nature and will change with regular wear over time, our warranty is a limited lifetime manufacturing warranty, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions below.
This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in LOGR fine jewelry. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper care, unauthorized third-party work, or changes that occur from regular use.
Manufacturing Defect Warranty
What “Limited Lifetime” Means
“Limited lifetime” means coverage for manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the jewelry item, for the original purchaser, subject to this policy. It does not mean that every future repair, maintenance issue, gemstone issue, resizing need, or wear-related condition is covered free of charge.
Fine jewelry is durable, but it is not indestructible. Rings, prongs, chains, clasps, finishes, and gemstones are exposed to daily contact, impact, pressure, chemicals, soaps, lotions, moisture, and environmental conditions. These effects are part of normal jewelry ownership and are not manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
If, after inspection, LOGR determines that an item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged because of a manufacturing defect, LOGR will repair the warrantied damage or replace the affected item or component without charge.
Manufacturing defects generally involve structural or workmanship issues that were present from production. Examples may include:
-
A structural casting or soldering defect present from production.
-
A setting defect that causes a stone to become loose shortly after delivery under normal use.
-
A significant workmanship issue affecting the structure or integrity of the item, not caused by wear, impact, misuse, improper care, or outside repair.
-
An assembly defect that becomes apparent promptly after delivery.
Manufacturing defects usually become apparent early in the life of the jewelry item, often shortly after delivery and before extended wear. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact LOGR right away so the item can be inspected while the condition is still fresh and can be properly evaluated.
Timing for Warranty Inspection
Manufacturing defects usually become apparent early in the life of the jewelry item, often shortly after delivery and before extended wear. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact LOGR right away when you notice the issue.
If LOGR determines that physical inspection is required, the item should be shipped to LOGR within 14 days after LOGR provides instructions, unless LOGR agrees to a different timeframe in writing.
Timely inspection is important because jewelry changes with wear. Continued use, impact, pressure, chemicals, residue, cleaning methods, third-party service, and normal wear can affect the condition of the item. If an item is not submitted for inspection within a reasonable time after the concern is first noticed, LOGR may be unable to determine whether the condition was caused by an original manufacturing defect. In that situation, warranty coverage may be limited or denied.
This timing requirement does not shorten the limited lifetime manufacturing warranty. It means that once a possible defect is noticed, the item must be reported and made available for inspection promptly so LOGR can fairly evaluate the cause.
Inspection Is Required
After a possible manufacturing defect is reported, warranty coverage cannot be determined from photographs, descriptions, or customer statements alone. The jewelry must be physically inspected by LOGR, or by a jeweler authorized by LOGR, before any warranty determination can be made.
After inspection:
-
If LOGR determines that the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, LOGR will repair the warrantied damage or replace the affected item or component without charge.
-
If LOGR determines that the issue is not caused by a manufacturing defect, LOGR may offer repair service at standard repair costs.
-
LOGR will provide inspection findings and any non-warranty repair estimate before performing paid repair work.
The customer is responsible for safely shipping the item to LOGR for inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing. We strongly recommend insured shipping with tracking. LOGR is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit before they are received by us.
What Is Not Covered
This limited lifetime manufacturing warranty does not cover:
-
Normal wear and tear.
-
Scratches, dents, bending, thinning, stretching, or misshaping from wear.
-
Worn prongs, bent prongs, lifted prongs, or prongs catching on clothing after wear.
-
Loose stones or lost stones caused by wear, impact, snagging, pressure, or damage.
-
Chipped, cracked, scratched, abraded, or broken gemstones after delivery.
-
Loss of gemstones unless caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect.
-
Loss, theft, disappearance, or product loss.
-
Damage from impact, dropping, striking, banging, lifting heavy objects, gripping hard surfaces, exercise, sports, manual work, or other physical force.

Damage from chemicals, cosmetics, perfume, lotions, soaps, cleaning products, chlorine, pools, hot tubs, ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, or improper cleaning.
-
Discoloration, tarnish, oxidation, plating wear, rhodium wear, gold-plating wear, or finish changes from wear or chemical exposure.
-
Ring resizing, repair, polishing, stone tightening, cleaning, or routine maintenance outside any separate service period stated below.
-
Damage caused by improper storage, improper care, or failure to maintain the jewelry.
-
Damage, alteration, or condition changes caused by repair, resizing, polishing, stone resetting, cleaning, or other work performed by a jeweler not authorized by LOGR.
-
Customer preference changes, design changes, fit changes, or requests to redesign a custom item after approval and production.
-
Natural gemstone characteristics, including inclusions, color zoning, tone variation, growth lines, clouds, surface-reaching inclusions, or other natural features, unless expressly misrepresented at the time of sale.
Natural Gemstones
Many LOGR pieces use natural gemstones. Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, color variations, internal features, or surface characteristics. These characteristics are part of the nature of natural gems and are not manufacturing defects.
Third-Party Repair or Alteration
Please contact LOGR before having another jeweler repair, resize, polish, reset, tighten, clean, modify, or alter your LOGR jewelry.
Work performed by another jeweler may affect warranty coverage for the item or the affected area. LOGR is not responsible for damage, condition changes, stone loss, metal loss, setting changes, or other issues caused by third-party service, unauthorized repair, resizing, polishing, resetting, or alteration.
If a local jeweler inspects the item but does not perform repair or alteration, please request written findings and photographs. LOGR may consider that information, but LOGR reserves the right to require physical inspection before making a warranty decision.
Jewelry Care and Maintenance Services
The following services and recommendations are provided as customer care benefits and maintenance guidance. They are separate from the limited lifetime manufacturing warranty and do not indicate the presence of a manufacturing defect.
Care and Maintenance
Fine jewelry should be inspected and maintained regularly. We recommend having frequently worn rings checked by a qualified jeweler at least once or twice per year, especially pieces with prongs, pavé, halo settings, eternity bands, delicate gemstones, or daily-wear engagement rings.
Regular maintenance may include checking prongs, tightening stones, cleaning residue beneath stones, checking for bending or wear, and addressing small issues before they become larger problems. Routine maintenance is the customer’s responsibility and is not the same as a manufacturing defect.
We also recommend purchasing jewelry insurance to help protect against loss, theft, accidental damage, gemstone loss, and other risks that are not covered by a manufacturing warranty.
30-Day Resize and Repair Service
LOGR offers one ring resizing or minor repair service within 30 days of delivery, subject to the item’s design and condition.
This service is provided as a customer care benefit and is separate from the limited lifetime manufacturing warranty. Shipping postage is the customer's responsibility. Some designs, including eternity bands, heavily set rings, engraved rings, two-tone rings, or rings with delicate gemstones, may not be safely resizable or may require special handling.
First Year Accent Stone Replacement
Some modern settings, such as micro pavé settings, look stunning but are delicate and require extra care from wearers.
If you live in the United States, we will mail you loose accent stones (1 mm diameter or smaller) if an accent stone falls out within one year of delivery. You may then have the stone replaced locally by a qualified jeweler.
Please make sure to work with a jeweler who has experience with micro pavé settings. Small stones can become loose if the band is bent during resizing, repair, or other work performed by someone unfamiliar with this type of setting.
Alternatively, you may send your jewelry to our U.S. service provider in Massachusetts for repair services at a reasonable fee. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when sending items back for any jewelry services.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty review, please contact LOGR as soon as you notice a possible issue and include:
-
Your order number.
-
A description of the issue.
-
Clear photographs or video.
-
The date you first noticed the issue.
-
Whether the item has been worn, resized, repaired, cleaned, polished, or inspected by another jeweler.
LOGR will review the information and provide instructions for next steps. If inspection is required, the customer must send the item to LOGR or to an inspection location authorized by LOGR. Warranty coverage will be determined only after inspection.
Important Limitations
This limited lifetime manufacturing warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
LOGR’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the warrantied defect, as determined by LOGR after inspection. LOGR does not provide refunds, redesigns, replacement of unrelated items, compensation for emotional distress, loss of use, sentimental value, third-party repair costs, or other incidental or consequential damages under this warranty.
If a repair or replacement is approved, LOGR may repair the original item, replace the affected component, or provide a comparable replacement if the original materials or design are no longer available.
Policy Updates
LOGR may update this warranty policy from time to time. The warranty terms that apply to a purchase are generally the terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless LOGR provides a more favorable accommodation in writing.
